Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales at BallArena are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. This is because the majority of our jerseys are custom-printed with personal names and numbers, which means each item is made specifically for you.

Order Changes

Cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed. Changes to your order — such as size, name or number — can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order, before printing begins. Please email us as soon as possible at info.ballarena@gmail.com if you need to change something.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact the delivery company directly with your tracking number. Issues that happen during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Before You Order

Please double-check the following before placing your order:

• Your size (use our detailed size chart on each product page)
• The spelling of any custom name
• The number you want printed
• Your shipping address
