1. Agreement

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products

We sell football jerseys and merchandise. Our items are premium-quality Player Version replicas, not official manufacturer products. Colours and details may vary slightly from product photos.

3. Pricing

All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Customs and import duties for international orders are not included.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes a binding agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or other policy violations. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Changes can only be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.

6. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days worldwide. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds, as the majority of our items are custom-printed with personal names and numbers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, designs) is the property of BallArena and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BallArena is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in a Dutch court.
