Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days to any destination worldwide.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to 30+ countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

Customs and import duties are not included in our prices. Depending on your country, additional fees may apply when your package arrives.

Products & Sizing

How do I find the right size?

Each product page has a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a similar jersey or t-shirt you already own and comparing the values to our chart for the best fit. Please double-check before ordering — custom-printed items cannot be returned.

Are your jerseys authentic?

We source premium-quality Player Version jerseys with accurate detailing, materials, and stitching. While not official manufacturer products, our items match in quality, look and feel — identical to the kits worn on the pitch.

Do you offer custom names and numbers?

Yes — on most jerseys you can add a custom name and number at checkout. Note that all custom-printed items are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Returns & Changes

Do you accept returns or refunds?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds, because the majority of our jerseys are custom-printed with personal names and numbers. Please double-check your size, name spelling and number before placing your order.

Can I change my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Changes (size, name, number) are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order, before printing begins. Email us at info.ballarena@gmail.com as soon as possible. After 12 hours, the order can no longer be modified.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact the delivery company directly with your tracking number. Issues that happen during transit are handled by the shipping carrier, who is responsible for damaged or lost packages.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all the convenient options you'd expect.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways. We never see or store your card details.
